The Langara Centre for Art in Public Spaces is presenting a speaker series about art in the public sphere.  On Tuesday, they are presenting Barbara Cole and Antonia Hirsch.  The event is open to the public and free of charge.

As an artist producing works for gallery installations and public spaces, Antonia Hirsch will address issues and concerns faced by artists as they develop projects for temporary and permanent contexts.

Barbara Cole will discuss the potential of large outdoor advertising screens as viable platforms for artists projects in Vancouver.
